4. Ownership: All work completed by us belongs to the client. We will not use any of the client's work for any other purpose without written permission.
5. Cancellation and Refunds: Clients may cancel their agreement at any time. Refunds will be issued based on the remaining time of the agreement.
6. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate the client's agreement at any time for any reason, with notice provided to the client.
7. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.
8. Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from the use of our services.
9. Communication: All communication will be conducted through agreed-upon channels. We will respond to client inquiries within a reasonable time-frame.
10. Amendments: These terms and conditions may be amended by us from time to time. Clients will be notified on this website of any changes.
